DOUGH
450 g potato 2 tbsp butter 2 ¼ cups flour 1 tbsp sugar 2 tsp yeast 1 tsp salt 1 large egg 1 beaten egg 1 tbsp heavy cream 1 tbsp sesame seeds

FILLING
6 burgers (semi-frozen) 7 slices of burger cheese Pickles Ketchup, mustard and favorite sauce

METHOD
Boil the potato, the save 5 tbsp of water from the boiled potato for later. Add butter to the potato and mash. Pour flour, yeast, sugar, salt and the egg into a bowl. Add the crushed potato and the cooking water and mix again. Massage the dough and let stand for 40 minutes.
Cut small circles of meat from semi-frozen hamburgers and cook.
Cut the dough into small pieces and let stand for 15 minutes.
Re-massage each piece, flatten it, place pickles in the middle, a slice of cheese and then the meat. Wrap and make balls, place on a baking sheet. Cover with cling film and let stand for 20 minutes.
Mix heavy cream with beaten egg and brush each bun at the top end. Sprinkle over sesame seeds.
Bake for 13 minutes at 220ºC (425ºF)
