This Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie Recipe is filled with fiber (keeps you feeling “full” while losing weight), heart-healthy polyphenols, and vitamin C (which helps the body fight disease and germs). This is a Strawberry-kiwi smoothie without yogurt, so it is vegan friendly. This smoothie recipe is also great for kids (kid-friendly) and perfect for breakfast (can’t go wrong with starting your day with apple and banana lol)!

Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie

1 1/4 cup Apple Juice
1 Banana, Sliced
1 Kiwi Fruit, Sliced
5 Frozen Strawberries
1 1/2 teaspoon Honey

COMBINE all ingredients and blend until smooth
