Chocolate pie recipe:
1 graham cracker crust
12 ounces silken tofu
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup chocolate milk
1 hot chocolate pouch
8 ounces dark chocolate

– Blend all ingredients together except dark chocolate
– Melt dark chocolate and add to the blend. Blend till smooth
– Pour in pie crust and refrigerate 6 hours
– Top with whipped cream or white chocolate covered pretzels!
– 300 calories, 7 g Protein, 29 g CHO, 10 g Fat

Peanut Butter Cookies – direct recipe – link below
– 2 eggs
-1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1-2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup natural peanut butter no added oil
– 1 cup old-fashioned oats

– Heat oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
– Whisk eggs and brown sugar together until smooth.
– Add baking soda and salt and stir until combined.

– Add in the vanilla and peanut butter, and stir until combined and smooth. – Stir in the oats (and chocolate chips, if using) until combined.
– Bake for 10 minutes

Banana Bread

Ingredients
– 4 oz apple sauce (1/2 cup)
– 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup 100% maple syrup
– 2 eggs
– 3 mashed ripe bananas

– 1 teaspoon baking soda

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ( I actually did 2!)
– ½ teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1 ¾ cups whole wheat flour
– cinnamon sugar for topping

Optional: ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans, chocolate chips, raisins, chopped dried fruit

– Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
– Beat the oil and honey together with a whisk.

– Add the eggs and beat well, then whisk in the mashed bananas and milk.
– Add the baking soda, vanilla, salt and cinnamon, and whisk to blend.

– If you’re adding any additional mix-ins, gently fold them in now.
– Pour the batter into your greased loaf pan and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon sugar.

– Bake for 55 to 60 minutes
