INGREDIENTS
3 cups Wheat flour ( medium barik or Jada aata )
2 Cups Bottle guard / Lauki grated
1 Cup cabbage grated
1 cup carrot 🥕 Grated
2 cups Spinach chopped (washed n dried ).
1 cup coriander
1 cup fenugreek
8 to 10 curry leaves
1 tb sp. cumin coriander powder
2 tbsp. semi crushed fennel & coriander seeds
2 tbsp Ginger chilly paste
2 tsp. Turmeric
1/2 tsp. Asafoetida or hing
1 tbsp sugar
Salt to taste
4 tbsp. Oil & 1/4tsp. Soda by carb
First of all mix all above ingredients Gently n make a Muthiyas ….. if need binding add more grated Dudhi / bottle guard…….. steam it on a medium flame 🔥 for 25 minutes……. cool down completely them cut n shallow fry in oil .
FOR TADKA / Tempering
4 tbsp. oil , 1 tbsp. cumin mustard, curry leaves, pinch asafoetida, 2 tbsp. sesame.
Serve it hot with Fresh curd n chutney
