Breakfast is such an important meal, especially for a growing child. I love making up healthy breakfast ideas for my son and myself. I try to incorporate a lot of health fats in the morning, which is why most of my toddler’s breakfasts are made with avocado or eggs. I do love breakfast sandwiches, but I honestly can not stand the bread. Bread is so so soooo good, but the gluten always gets me. So, I tried gluten free bread. The ingredients lists on gluten-free breads can be so long.
Companies are really good at clean washing the labels to make it look healthy and nourishing but in reality, it can be the furthest thing from nourishing. So, what did I do? I made homemade bread and if you haven’t checked out the video, it will be linked below for you!

½ avocado
1 free range egg
