1. Lentil dal
● 7 ounces of lentils
● 8 cups of water
● 2 teaspoons of coriander
● 1 teaspoons of turmeric
● carrot
● celery
● turnip
● 7 ounces of asparagus beans
● 2 tomatoes
● 1 teaspoons of thyme
● 1 teaspoons of chilli flakes
● 1 tablespoon of ghee butter
● cilantro

Cover lentils with water, add coriander and turmeric. Chop and add half of the carrots, a few stalks of celery, turnip and asparagus beans. Cook for 30 minutes. Chop two tomatoes. Fry thyme, chilli flakes and ghee butter. Put in tomatoes and stew for 7 minutes. Add the mixture to the lentils, and add salt. Sprinkle with cilantro.

2. Giblet pie
● 10 ounces of grains
● 1 cup of drinkable yogurt
● 1 ½ ounces of olive oil
● 1 egg
● 1 teaspoon of salt
● 20 ounces of chicken giblets( hearts, stomachs, and liver)
● 7 ounces of onion
● 1 ounce of garlic
● ¾ ounce of chilli pepper
● ¼ ounce of rosemary
● 7 ounces of lard or fat

For the batter grind the grains and add oil, an egg, salt, and yogurt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
For the filling melt lard and add garlic. Fry pepper with rosemary, then take them out of the oil, chop giblets and onion. Stew. Put a half of the batter into a mold, add giblets on top, and then cover with the remaining batter. Cook for 30 minutes at 355 °F.

3. Placenta dessert
● 8 ¾ ounces of flour
● 4 ½ ounces of water
● 1 egg
● 2 tablespoons of olive oil
● pinch of salt
● 2 pounds of cottage cheese
● 10 ounces of honey
● bay leaf
● 1 cup of sugar

For the dough mix flour with water, an egg, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Knead dough for 15 minutes. Let it sit for 40 minutes. Mix cheese with honey.
For the syrup boil a cup of water with sugar and bay leaf. Cook for 5 minutes. Then take out the leaves and add in a tablespoon of honey.
Bake for 45 minutes at 355 °F.

4. Armenian ghapama
● 8 pound pumpkin
● 3 ½ ounces of dried apricots
● 3 ½ ounces of walnuts
● 3 ½ ounces of almonds
● 3 ½ ounces of dried plums
● 3 ½ ounces of dates
● 1 ½ ounces of honey
● 3 ½ ounces of cashew nuts
● ¼ ounce of crushed nutmeg
● 18 ounces of rice
● 7 ounces of butter
● ½ ounce of allspice
● 1 ¾ ounces of raisins

Cover rice, dried apricots, raisins, dates, and plums with warm water. Fry nuts. Chop and fry dried fruits in olive oil. Add in nuts, honey, and rice. Cook for 5 minutes. Add salt to rice. Cut the top off a pumpkin and empty the inside. Sprinkle the bottom of the pumpkin with allspice. Add butter on top. Cook for 45 minutes at 355 °F.
