Today I am sharing a healthy and tasty smoothies recipes. IT’S NOT ONLY HEALTHY BUT ALSO A GOOD DETOX DRINK . I hope you like it.

Ingredients for first recipe

• GREEN DETOX SMOOTHIE
1 cup spinach/ पालक
1/4 cup brocolli/ ब्रोकली
A small piece of ginger/ छोटा टुकड़ा अदरक का
1/4 1.sp Black salt and pepper / काली मिर्च और काला नमक
1/4 cup curd/ दही

Ingredients for second smoothie

• GOLDEN GLASS WITH TURMERIC
1-2 pineapple slices/ पाइनएप्पल स्लाइस
1 apple/ कटा हुआ सेब
1/4 cup curd/ दही
1/4 t.sp black salt and pepper/
काली मिर्च और काला नमक
1/4 t.sp turmeric/ हल्दी

Ingredients for third smoothie

• ROYAL SMOOTHIE
3/4 cup strawberries pulp/ स्ट्रौबरी
3/4 cup pomegranate juice/ अनार का जूस
1/4 cup butter milk/ छाछ
1/4 cup papaya/ पपीता
1/4 t.sp black salt and pepper/ काला नमक और काली मिर्च
