Hey everyone!

Today’s video is another #MeatlessMonday Vlog. I did a full day of eating while practicing meatless monday in the hopes that I help those who are struggling hitting their protein goals and/or prefer not to eat meat get a little creative with their diet. I am always trying new things and testing out ways to incorporate new treats, snacks & meals into my diet. I love flexible dieting and taking this approach as it helps me be able to still be creative and share my ideas even when going through an extreme calorie deficit.

Please remember to use your own personal discretion for macronutrients and portion sizes, as I am using lower calorie alternatives in order to hit my own personal goals. I am currently on a bikini prep, and would not say that my caloric intake is anywhere near realistic right now, however the things that I eat and incorporate for sure can help those going through the same caloric deficit and/or help anyone to get a little more creative and make healthier decisions.
