Today I’m sharing with you a very special recipe “ Gajar ki Kheer”. It is an extremely delicious and healthy Indian sweet dish made by cooking carrots in milk and sugar. Let’s take a quick look at the ingredients.

Ingredients:
Grated Carrots : 1 cup
Milk boiled
with sugar : 200 ml and 1/3 rd cup of sugar(as per taste)
Cardamom powder: 1/2 tsp
Sliced cashew nuts: 1-2 tsp
Raisins: optional for garnishing
