Hello Workout Buddies. It’s Week 5 Day 5 in our new 12-Week Challenges. Today I make two of my favorite healthy, protein packed recipes to get me to my fat loss and muscle building goals.!

30 – Day Challenge:
1) getting in a gallon of water
2) writing in a gratitude journal
3) Exercising
4) Getting in 10,000 steps (getting outside)
5) Following our diet plan
6) Personal goal such as 10 pull up’s, learning piano etc. ❤︎

★ T H E C H A L L E N G E ★ Pick 1 big end goal and up to 6 daily goals you want to accomplish over the next 12 weeks. Daily goals should be simple, but will make a big difference over time. Here are mine …

🏔 – Get Out Into Nature
🏋️‍♀️ – Exercise
🍎 – Eat Intuitively
🎧 – Read/Listen to something inspirational
🙆🏼 – Stretch

💩 – Limit Inflammatory Foods (Every other week, remove one thing from your diet that isn’t benefiting you in reaching your goals. Dairy, Sugar, Alcohol, Gluten (if you have a sensitivity), Caffeine). You can remove these all at once, but a more gentile approach with help avoid detox symptoms, and will also help your body to develop new lasting habits.
