Trust me, millets are delicious to eat! It’s all about trying and making them into recipes we are familiar with. So here is a yummy Kodo Millet Vegetable Pulao you can make for your kids & family. Its as simple as replacing rice with Kodo Millet, just that you need to soak the millet for 2-3 hours. It turns out soft, non-sticky and really delicious.

Kodo Millet is extremely nutritious as compared to white polished rice. It has more minerals, fibre, Vitamin B profile etc.

If you want to feed them to your younger babies, make the seasoning less spicier. Feed them with a cup of curd.
