On Making the Cut Episode 8, we make a easy, simple, and quick corned beef recipe in the crockpot that will be meal prepped so you have lunch/dinner for the entire week and it is just a hair under 500 calories.

St. Patricks Day is right around the corner and I thought this was a perfect recipe to show you so you know that you can still indulge in corned beef and cabbage…. the whole week, and not feel guilty.
