Fancy a Green or Red curry in under five minutes? I’ve created these two tasty take to work, pack lunch ideas which can be made using only boiling water from the Zip Tap (details below). Incredibly tasty, easy and quick!.
Ingredients:
Red Curry
Rice Noodles ( price cooked are best)
Pinch Chili Flakes
1/2 Spring Onion
1 x Tbsp Honey
1 x Tsp Fish Sauce
2 x Tbsp Coconut Paste
1 x Tbsp Red Curry Paste
1 x Tsp Grated Ginger
1 x Lemon Grass Dried
Shredded Chicken
6-7 Spinach Leaves
2 x Baby Corn
3-4 Mange Toute
Green Curry
As above with green curry paste, rice and different vegetables.
