INGREDIENTS

3 Cups Oatmeal
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder
2 Scoops Oatmeal Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Serving (170g) Light Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Stevia Sweetener
2 Large Eggs
1 Medium Chopped Apple

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl add the following ingredients: oatmeal, baking powder, cinnamon, protein powder, apple sauce, almond milk, greek yogurt, stevia, eggs, and a chopped apple. Mix all ingredients together.
Take out a muffin pan and coat with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350F. Add the mixture to the 12 muffin pan.
Bake in the oven at 350F for 40 minutes or until cooked
Take out of the oven and place them in a meal prep container and enjoy!
