Pirandai is very useful for stomach as well as heart.It has many medical benefits.Using pirandai, vadai is prepared.Pirandai vadai will be tasty sidedish like vadagam for rice.We can keep vadai for more than 2 years and use whenever we want.Pirandai and some dhals,ginger,garlic,chilli are soaked for overnight,grinded ,mixed and make it as vadai.It will be kept in sunlight for 3 to 4 days.Then pirandhai vadai is ready.We can deep fry vadai in oil whenever we want.
