In this video, we are making a popular egg recipe. It is Shakshuka or Shakshouka – eggs poached in a spicy, tasty tomato gravy. The recipe is a broad canvas, and you can flavour it or customise it as you please.
It’s a versatile dish, which can be enjoyed for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner. For extra nutrition and flavour, I’ve also added green bell pepper and carrots. This dish is very easy, tasty, healthy and filling.
Enjoy it with a piece of toasted bread, or any other accompaniment that you desire. I really hope you like it.
