Today I am cooking 2 easy vegetable salads! First one is a carrot salad and another one is a spinach salad. These salads are very easy to cook and can be a good addition to meats dishes. Carrot salad is full of vitamins and protein. It includes only 3 ingredients! Spinach + arugula salad is very delicious and healthy!
These salads are good for lunch or dinner!
The main dressing is a sour cream but you can use a Greek yogurt.
