Hi friends.
In this video, we’ll make a delicious veg noodle soup. It’s similar to a chicken noodle soup, but easier and less time consuming, because you do not need the extra time for cooking meat thoroughly. It’s also good for vegetarians and even vegans (if you skip the oyster sauce and hard boiled egg towards the end). Overall, it’s great vegetarian and vegan recipe, and a fantastic dinner recipe too. The taste is very comforting, hearty, light, yet filling. It’s very quick and simple to make from scratch, and uses lots of vegetables. So it is a good way to consume more vegetables and fibre in a more tasty way.
In the recipe, you can use any vegetables of your choice. You can even choose to add some meat. It is a basic recipe which can be customised on the basis of what you like and what you have at home.
You can replace the Oyster sauce in the recipe, by equal amounts of Soy sauce.
It is a clear vegetable noodle soup, which is very pretty to look at and fancy to serve, very easy to make, and extremely delicious.
