Its a Low calories diet No Bun Zinger Recipe but only compare to regular restaurant zingers and crispy burger
HEALTHY CHEAT
as it does not have bun
it is stir fried not deep fried
it is without ketchup and mayonnaise
only 1 tbsp mustard sauce which helps burning calories faster
100 gram breaded fried chicken has only 300 TO 400 calories
with salad leaf tomato and mustard paste 15 to 20 calories
1 CHEESE SLICE OPTIONAL (60 CALORIES)
so you can enjoy this once or twice a month if you are dieting but remember still has medium sodium content so do not use daily or frequently .

Ingrediients :
Vinegar 1tbsp
Garlic powder 1bsp
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Paprika 1tsp
Stir fry on low medium flame till the chicken cooked
Egg batter me 2tbsp milk
Eggs 2
Salt 1/4 tsp
Balck Pepper 1/4 tsp

Maida 2tbsp
Corn flour 2tbsp
Oregano 1tbsp
White pepper 1tsp
Marinate for 40 _45 mins
