Today’s recipe is my high protein vegan granola bars and they are incredibly tasty a AND simple!

Loaded with nuts, goji berries, hemp and peanut butter, these granola bars are beautifully balanced and perfect for an afternoon pick me up or post gym snack.

Not only are DIY granola bars super simple, they are also a fantastic way to reduce the plastic waste from store bought granola bars so they are a zero waste win too!

Ingredients- (Makes about 16)
Dates 250g
Maple syrup 100g
Peanut butter 150g
Almonds 75g
Macadamias 100g
Oats 150g
Goji berries 50g
Pumpkin seeds 20g
Hemp seeds 70g
