Ingredients:
– 1 Kg Lentils
– 4 Onions
– 1 Cup Oil
– 12 Cloves Garlic
– 2.5 Liter Water
– On Medium Heat
– 2 Teaspoon Salt
– 3 small Potatoes
– Bunch of Swiss Chard
– When Boils Low the Heat
– 4 Lemons
– When the Lentils turn to Brown, turn off the Heat and add the Lemons Juice
– 4 Tablespoon Olive Oil
