In times like this when lines at the grocery stores are long, it’s nice to be able to freshly pick vegetables from the backyard garden. This evening’s garden pickings for dinner are lemon, thyme and parsley which I topped on mahi-mahi. And, three varieties of lettuce which I made into salad with kumquats, radish and sugar snap peas drizzled with homemade dressing of honey, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard and a sprinkle of salt.
