You will need:

Eggs – 2
Avocado – 1
Bread – 2 slices
Salt & Pepper

Method:
1. Heat a skillet, spread some butter and toast the bread on both sides.
2. Peel the avocado and cut into slices or mash them if you want to.
3. Heat a skillet, drizzle some Oil.
4. Beat 2 Eggs and Cook on both side for about 2 to 3 mins.
5. Layer the Bread, Eggs & Avocado.
