How to survive Covid-19 the figo way! Stay figo, stay calm kids!

Here are my meal ideas I listed off in the video! Some healthy, some not. Some kid friendly. Some not. All great stuff to store in pantry that won’t go bad right away especially if kept frozen up until use. If you are freezing, don’t forget to thaw things in your fridge 2 days before use.

*Breakfast*: Omlettes/eggs/mini quiches, Yogurt with cereal & fruit, oatmeal/oatmeal pancakes, avocado toast, smoked salmon on bagels, protein shakes, bacon & sausage

*Lunch*: sandwiches– lunch meat (will last just a few days), chicken salad (can make out of leftover roasted chicken), PB&J, dinner leftovers, protein shakes

*Dinner*: Roasted Chicken and chicken & vegetable soup out of leftovers, beef & cabbage stew, chili, pasta with “the gravy”/homemade Italian sauce- leftovers for homemade pizza & lasagna or baked ziti, pantry pasta dishes–gnocchi with sweet Italian sausage greens & cannellini beans, orrechiette with spicy sausage & greens, fettuccine alfredo with shrimp, crab cakes, stir fries, cod with veggies, tortellini in brodo

And here are my pantry items I have ready to rock n roll for all of these recipes: (I know my provisions may not be the same as every one else’s but just to give you ideas!):

Other items that will perish if I don’t use them within the next week or so:
