So today’s video is a quick cooking with me, I am making 4 different items of food, healthy snack options (well healthier than non healthy ones if that makes any sense)
Sometimes it is so hard with children especially who want chocolate all the time but I don’t like giving it to them, so I try and chose alternative options for them!
I will list below all the ingredients etc for each item of food!

Pancakes-
Tescos pancake shake mix (£1)

Brownies-
100 grams Self Raising Flour
50 grams Reduced Fat Margarine Spread
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
4 medium Eggs
1 tsp Baking Powder
4 tsp Choc Shot
4 tbsp Granulated Sweetener
25 grams Dark Chocolate Chips
Low Calorie Cooking Spray

Chocolate Rice Crispy Bites-
100 grams Coco Pops
4 Fun Size Mars Bars around 78g in total
2 tsp reduced fat spread
25 grams white chocolate chips
low calorie cooking spray

Rice-
400 g Long Grain Rice
1/2 Red Onion finely chopped
1/2 Red Pepper deseeded and finely chopped
1/2 Green Pepper finely chopped
1 Chicken Stock Cube or vegetable, dissolved in
1 litre Boiling Water
1 Chicken Stock Pot or vegetable
70 g frozen peas
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Chilli Powder you can add a little more if you like it spicy
