Who can resist a soft and chewy bar of Rice Krispies with Biscoff added to the mix? I know I can’t! Even if there wasn’t Biscoff in these bars, I still wouldn’t be able the resist a Rice Krispie treat (they are kind of addictive)! What makes these treats so good it that we are adding Biscoff Cookie Spread and mini marshmallows to add to texture and flavor. If you never heard of Biscoff cookies, it was created by a Belgian baker named Jan Boone Sr. and the cookie its self is caramelized and has a slight cinnamon flavor, the cookies spread is creamy (kind of like Nutella) and super addictive.
🔴I will be trying to post regularly in spite of all the world wide events happening for as long as I can (I have pre-filmed recipes before all of this “stuff” happened). I hope that these videos keep you distracted and bring you a bit of happiness regardless of everything that is going on. I know that stores have very limited supplies so make sure to save this recipe until the stores stock up again and make it! I hope and pray each of you are all doing well and staying safe and healthy!

🔴Biscoff Rice Krispie Treats
¼ cup unsalted butter (57 g)
5 3/4 cups mini marshmallows; divided (286 g)
3/4 cup Biscoff creamy spread, divided (135 g)
6 cups crispy rice cereal (128 g)
12 Biscoff cookies, crushed
Spray a 9×9 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Crush 12 Biscoff cookies by placing them in a Ziplock bag and use a rolling pan to crush them. In large pot, melt butter over medium-low heat. Once completely melted, add in 5 cups (248 g) of marshmallows and 1/2 cup (90 g) Biscoff spread. Mix continuously over low heat until mixture is smooth and creamy. Remove from heat and quickly fold in cereal. Fold in the crushed Biscoff cookies and remaining 3/4 cup (38 g) marshmallows. Using a buttered spatula or clean damp hands, press the mixture into the prepared pan until even on top. Melt the remaining 1/4 cup (45 g) Biscoff and drizzle over treats, allow to cool and then cut up and serve. Enjoy!
