Oats is the first thing which comes to our mind when we think of weight loss. This recipe is simple, full of vegetables and yummy too.
Ingredients:-
Oats – 1/2 cup
Cabbage chopped-2 tbsp
Capsicum green – 1 tbsp
Red capsicum – 1 tbsp
Yellow capsicum- 1/2 tbsp
Sweet corn kernels boiled- 2 tbsp
green peas- 1 tbsp
tomatoes- 1 tbsp
garam masala- 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
lemon juice- 1 tsp
water- 1.5 cup ( can adjust as per your requirement)
