Greek Yogurt:
Approx 4 c. Greek yogurt
Honey to taste
¼ c. slivered almonds or other nuts
4tsp chia seeds or blend
2 c. berries

Divide yogurt between 4 bowls and divide toppings. Seal and enjoy through the week!

Steel Cut Oats
4 Servings – cooked to package directions
¼ c. honey
¼ c. craisins or raisins
¼ c. chopped nuts
¼ to ½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Cook oats according to package directions and then stir in all toppings at the end. Divide between four bowls and enjoy throughout the week. To reheat, microwave for 45-60 seconds.
