Quarantine healthy meal ideas to make. I hauled my favorite essential plant based, whole food items from Trader Joe’s and Walmart. I couldn’t believe how bare the shelves were! We all know frozen fruit, canned vegetables, and beans are awesome items to have stocked at any time. However during the current time – those are essentials that are going to get you protein, nutrients, minerals, and taste great in the process. All of these items can be combined into hundreds of recipes. I list my favorite easy ones to make and show you in person 🙂 what I got – and why. If you’re like me – we are only able to travel to work if it is considered essential to stay open and to get food/gas/medicines. I do not know what the future holds, but I know I do want to distance myself from the greater public as much as I can (and create lots of YouTube videos). I hauled these items and plan to wait out the current situation. I pray and hope each and every one of you reading this has been okay during this time. We need to absolutely tend to our immune system, and a plant based diet is fit for the job! These are not only quarantine food items, but staples for me as well. I did buy a bit more than usual while keeping in mind the thousands of other people in my area that shop the same aisles I do.
