Afghani Chicken Tikka
1_ Half cup hung yogurt
2_ Half cup fresh cream
3_ Half tbsp garlic paste
4_ Half tbsp green chili paste
5_ Crushed black
6_ peppercorns to taste
7_ Salt to taste
8_ Large pinch garam masala powder
9_ 1 tbsp cornflour
10_ 1 tbsp lemon juice
11_ 1 tbsp oil
12_ 400 gms boneless chicken legs, cut into one and half-inch cubes
13_ Refrigerate to marinate, 1-2 hrs
14_ Skewer onto satay sticks
15_ Brush with butter
16_ Bake @180° C, 12-15 mins
17_ Serve hot with onion rings & lemon wedges!
18_ Drizzle some aioli on top
19_ Finish with chopped coriander
Apple Cinnamon Toast
1_ 1 whole bread loaf
2_ Slit in the centre without cutting through
3_ Some cream cheese
4_ Insert some green and red apple slice halves
5_ 2 tbsps castor sugar
6_ Spread some butter on sides
7_ some butter place dollops on top
8_ Bake @180° c, 15 minis
9_ Scoop of vanilla ice cream and fresh mint springs

3_ 1/4 cup honey 4 tablespoons almond flakes

Filling
1_ 4 apples
2_ 2 tablespoons lemon juice
3_ 1 tablespoon cornstarch
4_ pinch of salt
5_ sugar to taste
