Ingredients needed for preparing this high Protein Veg Salad…
Rajma (Kidney Bean),
Chana Dal (Chick Peas),
Paneer (Cottage Cheese),
Ground Nuts,
Onions,
Tomattos,
Green Chillies,
Lemon,

Chat Masala,
Black Salt Powder,
Pepper Powder,
Jeera Powder (Cumin Powder),
Raw Mango,
Coriander Leaves.
Mayonaisse Sauce.
Boil Rajma(Kidney Bean), Chick Peas(Chana Dal), Ground Nuts in water separately and keep it ready. Chop the Cottage Cheese( Panneer) in to pieces and keep it ready. Chop Onions, Green Chillies and Tomatoes into pieces. Now take a big bowl and add the boiled Rajma(Kidney Bean), Chick Peas(Chana Dal), Ground Nuts and Cottage Cheese( Panneer) into it. Mix Onions, Green Chillies and Tomatoes to it. Now sprinkle chat masala, black salt powder, coriander powder, pepper powder salt powder etc and squeeze the lemon on the salad. Mix thoroughly and now the high protein veg salad is ready to serve.
