and now for the recipe:

2 1/4 cup oats ⇿ organic if you can
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt ⇿ I used himalayan pink salt
cinnamon ⇿ as much as you want
4 small ripe bananas
2 big tablespoons apple sauce ⇿ I used one with vanilla in it
4 big tablespoons of coconut sugar
rasins, chocolate or both ⇿ as much as you like
