I wanted to cook something at home that is very nutritious, healthy, with a good source of complex carbs and without exceeding calories. So I picked for my dish spaghetti bolognese and recorded the whole recipe for it.
The dish fits perfectly for lunch and after the workout, it provides good macros and micronutrients too.
The ingredients I used are as high in quality as possible:
Tomato juice
Some tomato sauce (low in calories)
Spaghetti from corn and rice with a lower Glycemic Index
Minced chicken
Mushrooms
Pink salt and pepper
Cheese sprinkled after the meal is ready
Extra virgin olive oil
Parsley.
Spaghetti bolognese dish is every consistent, providing a good amount of protein, good fat, and carbs at the same time. But because of the other ingredients, you will also get plenty of vitamins and minerals too.
