Ingredients:
For salad:
Baby spinach 200g
Pomegranate ½ cup
Mozzarella ½ cup
Canola Oil 2 tbs.

Orange 2
For dressing:
Mustard sauce 2 tbs.
Balsamic 4 tbs.
Almond flake 1 tbs.
Olive oil 1 tbs.
Honey 1 tbs.
Garlic 1 clove
Salt, black pepper to taste
Heat oil in a pan and add walnuts. Move the pan quickly for a short while. Be careful, walnuts burn quickly.
Peel the orange and fillet it
Spoon out pomegranate seeds into a bowl and add them to salad
