Most grocery stores are probably out of a lot of food items. This is a great opportunity to learn to make some simple and delicious Pita! This flat bread is easy to make and very versatile. You can eat with hummus or falafel. Or you can use it as a base for some pizza. Or just use it to make any kind of sandwich you want!
This recipe is perfect if you are in an area where you are mandated to be quarantined. The ingredients needed, you should have them in your pantry. Let’s go make some delicious Pita Bread!

Ingredients for Pita:
3 C flour
1 C water (100-100F)
1/2 tsp sugar
7 g or 1 packet of instant yeast
1 tsp salt
