– 2-3 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
– 4 halved dill-style pickles, cubed
– 2 tbsp hemp hearts
– 6-7 hard-boiled eggs
– 1-2 tsp yellow mustard
– 2 tbsp avocado oil mayo
– black pepper to taste
