हिरव्या मुगाचे अप्पे | Green Gram Appam Recipe | Healthy Breakfast Recipe

Ingredient’s:

Moong: 2cup Soaked
Oil: for applying on pan
Salt to taste
Soda powder: 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves: 6-7
Green chilli: 6-7
Cumin: 2 Tbsp
Coriander: 1 cup

Procedure

Soak Moong overnight or min 5 hours in a bowl.
Grind Moong, Garlic, green chilli, salt, cumin in grinder to make coarse paste keep aside
Add coriander
Add Soda powder
Beat for 2-3 min to make the batter fluffy
Apply oil to Appe pan add batter to each pocket of the pan cove the pan and cook for 4-5 min, flip the Appes and cook for 2-3 min.

Appe is ready!

Serve with Tomato sauce!
