While we are stuck in #quarantine, which means less movement, here’s a good choice for a #lowcalorie #breakfast which comes in at about 300 calories.
It’s an #eggwhiteomelette with #prosciutto, onions, and garlic, topped with #sundriedtomato spread. On the side, I opted for a sliced #banana with some honey.
First, #sautee the onions and garlic for about 5 minutes. Add in the prosciutto and sautée for another 5 minutes.
Set that aside, then mix together 3 egg whites over low heat, flip, and add in the above. After that, add a teaspoon of the sundried tomato spread, slice up the banana and that’s it. Ready in 15 minutes and it’s filling as well.
All you need is:
1/4 onion 🧅
3-4 garlic cloves 🧄
2 slices prosciutto 😋
3 eggs 🍳
1 banana 🍌
