Let’s fight and slow the spread of COVID-19 by staying at home and do social distancing! For those who still have to go out, please keep in mind to always wear mask, washing hands, use hand sanitizer, and away from the crowds.

There are few things you can do at home, including: watching movies/tv series, read books, playing games, rest well, or being more productive by learning new skills, cleaning up rooms, declutter stuffs, or trying new recipe – as I’m sharing my healthy (gluten free, oil-free, and sugar-less) chocolate banana bread in this video!

Ingredients:
– 2 1/2 medium ripe bananas
– 1 1/4 cup oat flour
– 1/4 cup cacao/cocoa powder
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
– 10 drops of liquid stevia/ 1/2-1/4 cup brown sugar
– a pinch of sea salt
– cinnamon powder as you like

bake for 25-30mins in 175 degrees Celsius, till the toothpick comes clean.
