Chickpea salad is a great summer salad, excellent meal for vegan diets and is also gluten free. Chickpeas are a good source of vitamins. minerals and fiber. This salad is very versatile, and we can substitute all the veggies, seasoning, spice content as per our taste and preference. This low in fat meal is a superpower salad.

Ingredients-

Chickpeas (Kabuli Chana)- 1 cup (boiled)
Onion (chopped)-1 medium
Tomato (chopped)- 1 small
Green chili (chopped) -1
Broccoli stem (chopped) – 1 tbsp (optional)
(Cucumber can be used in place of Broccoli)
Lemon juice -1tsp
Coriander leaves -1tsp
Black salt -as per taste
Black pepper -1/2 tsp
Olive oil -1tsp

Method –

1-Boil and strain the chickpeas completely.
2-In a bowl add chickpeas and all the ingredients. Toss it well
3-Healthy salad is ready to eat 😊
