These delicious Mini Chocolate Chip Protein Cake Poppers are full of protein, light on calories and carbs and are delicious as they are or perfect for dipping in almond butter, whipped cream or Greek yogurt for a treat!
You will need:
-3/4 cup ABS Chocolate Chip Protein Pancake Mix
-3 1/2 Tbsp Almond Flour
-1/2tsp Baking Powder
-1/4 cup Almond Milk
-1/3 cup Liquid Egg Whites
-1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Mix all of the ingredients together then scoop onto pan into 6 mini cake poppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy as they are or you can dip them in your favorite nut butter, yogurt, healthy icing, or whipped cream.
