500g chicken minced meat 1 onion Salt Pepper Tomatoes Parsley Sweet pepper 150 g grated cheese 5 eggs 100 ml milk

METHOD
Add onion, parsley, salt and pepper to a bowl with minced chicken and mix. Cut the buns into halves, place the halves in an ovenproof dish. Spread the chicken meat mixture on top until all halves are covered.
Add tomato, sweet pepper and grated cheese on top of the mixture. Beat eggs with milk. Soak the top halves in the egg and place it on top of the sandwich. Pour the rest of the egg mixture over the sandwiches.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
