In today’s video I’m going to be sharing with you guys some healthy Breakfast, lunch , dinner and snack ideas to keep you going during social isolation / Social distancing / self quarantine that we’re doing during this virus. Obviously with the lack of physical activity and gyms we’re totally dependant on our diet and at home workouts. I’m consciously trying to keep it as healthy as possible and also experimenting with different recipes because I have all the time in the world right now :P. I hope you guys find this useful and can use it to during this time and maybe thi’ss turn into a new habit? What say?
