Couscous Upma / healthy cuisine / easy Indian recipe

Couscous is small steamed balls of crushed durum wheat semolina which is healthy source of carbs.
couscous upma is healthy snack with loaded veggies and spiced up with Indian .

Ingredients-
couscous – 1cup ( it yields around 3 cup after soaking)
hot water – 2 and 1/2 cup
oil- 1tspn
mustard seeds- 1 tsp
cumin seeds(jeera)- 1tsp
green chillies – 2
finally chopped ginger – 1tsp
chopped onion- 1 cup
(green/ yellow/ red ) bell pepper – 1 cup
peas – 1/2 cup
turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
coriander powder – 1/4 tsp
