This tuna salad sandwich is my go-to protein meal.

-1 can of Tuna 120 calories
-1 tbsp of Light Mayonnaise is 40 calories
This video shows ONE serving which is 1/2 a can of Tuna 60 calories and 1/2 tbsp of Light Mayonnaise 20 calories. So one serving of the tuna salad mix = 80 calories

*If you use lettuce instead of bread, you can make lettuce wraps and cut out the bread. You can also chop up a bunch of lettuce and make a salad bowl.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Can of Chunk Light Tuna 120 Calories (1/2 a can 60 Calories)
1 tbsp Light Mayonnaise 40 calories (1/2 tbsp 20 Calories)
Cucumber
Banana Peppers
1 Clove of Garlic
Onion
Spinach
Salt

Dice everything into small pieces and mix! 🥗
