WELCOME to this week’s MOVIN’ UP MONDAYS posted MONDAY MORNINGS. Here to help you get started on this work week, I aim to provide everyone with a motivational task—or in other words—a challenge. This channel is for all of you who want to become inspired and motivated to do everything that you want to do. I am here to remind everyone that hard work pays off!

TYPICALLY: I cook 7 meals for approximately 5 days. I eat 1 meal on Monday and then a couple snacks, sandwiches and salads. Then on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday I eat 2 of the meals I cooked along with snacks/sandwiches/salads, and then I cook whatever meal I want to for Fridays, Saturdays are my cheat days, and then I restart the whole process on Sunday.

This was my normal schedule but now that we are in quarantine, I am eating these meals 1 for every day and then getting creative with some snacks (cheerios and turkey sandwiches) and more! If you want to know more ask me down in the comments below!!!
