Have you ever wanted to make Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry at home? I can’t be the only one that wants take-out in the comfort of my own home and have it be homemade but with the same flavors are texture as the restaurants. Although the the list of ingredients might be a bit long, they are all the right ones to make this super easy recipe and the best part is that it’s all made in one pot which is such a bonus because less dishes means more time to spend with your loved ones doing the thing you all love to do. The texture of the beef is perfection, just like the one you order from the restaurant and the sauce soaks up nicely with a bowl of rice or even chow mien.
🔴I will be trying to post regularly in spite of all the world wide events happening for as long as I can (I have pre-filmed recipes before all of this “stuff” happened). I hope that these videos keep you distracted and bring you a bit of happiness regardless of everything that is going on. I know that stores have very limited supplies so make sure to save this recipe until the stores stock up again and make it! I hope and pray each of you are all doing well and staying safe and healthy! Also STAY HOME as much as possible during this time, it can and will save lives!

1 ½ Tablespoons of cornstarch (14 g)
3 teaspoons of soy sauce (15 g)
2 Tablespoon of olive oil (24 g)
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 teaspoon of fresh minced ginger
2 cloves of garlic, minced (3 g)
1 head of broccoli cut into florets
1 cup of beef stock (236 g)
2 Tablespoon of soy sauce (30 g)
2 Tablespoon of brown sugar (25 g)
2 teaspoon sesame oil (9 g)
1 Tablespoon of cornstarch (9 g)
1 Tablespoon of water (15 g)
2 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional) (6 g)
Add the thinly sliced steak, cornstarch and soy sauce in a bowl and toss together to coat the steak. In a large skillet, the olive oil and allow it to get hot on medium high heat, add the steak in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minute per side. Once cooked on both sides remove from pot onto cleat plate and set aside. Add the onion and ginger to the same skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes, add the garlic and broccoli and cook for 3 more minute. Add the beef stock, soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil into the skillet also and bring the mixture to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes on medium high heat. Whisk together the cornstarch and water and add it to the broccoli mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes. Stir in the cooked steak and take it off the heat. Top with the sesame seeds. Enjoy over rice!
2 Chronicles 7:14
If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
Joshua 1:9
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
