l My HEALTHY VEGAN BANANA BREAD recipe / skincare routine l
INGREDIENTS ✨
3 bananas (and one as a topping)
1 chia egg (soak 2 tbsp of chia seeds in 1/2 cup of water)
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract (if you have)
1 tbsp cinnamon
A pinch of Himalayan salt
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
1/2 cup of coconut sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 tsp baking powder
1 cup of plant based milk (I used rice milk)
Some walnuts and some pecan nuts
1/2 cup chickpeas or buckwheat flour
2 cups coconut flour (or 1 cup flour and 1 cup almond meal id you have)
1/2 cup oats
METHOD 🍯
• Preheat your oven to 180 C or 350 F
• Make the chia egg (or use regular egg)
• Put parchment paper in your loaf pan or grease it with oil.
• In a big bowl, add the chia egg and mash the bananas with a fork. Then add the salt, cinnamon, coconut sugar, shredded coconut, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla extract, coconut oil. Mix it up. Add the flours and oats. Break down the nuts and pour it into the mixture. • Add the paste into the loaf pan and top it with the banana and some nuts.
• Bake for 1h if you want it to be gooey. 1h15mins if you want it to be more cooked. Let it cool down for 15mins and then take it out of the loaf pan.
