Multigrain Bread
Ingredients:
¼ Jowar
2 cups whole wheat flour
¼ Ragi
¼ Bajra
1tbsp powdered flax seeds
1tbsp white sesame seeds
1tsp melon seeds
1tsp oats
¼ tsp gluten powder
1tsp salt
1tsp instant dry yeast
1tbsp castor sugar

To be mixed into a topping
½ tsp whole ragi
½ whole bajra
1tsp oats
½ tsp flax seeds

Method:
1. Add the ingredients to the Kent Atta and Bread Maker
2. Lock and close the bread pan
3. Select whole-wheat bread from Menu
4. Select weight
5. Select colour setting to medium crust
6. Press Start
7. Automatically kneads, bakes and ferments
8. Fresh bread prepared in four hours
