MEALS & INGREDIENTS:
1. CARBONARRA
500g spagetti
6 egg yolks
100g parmesan
5 bacon rashers
3 garlic cloves
4-6 tablespoons pasta water

2. FAJITAS
5 potatoes
Turkey Strips
2 peppers
1 onion
Fajita mix powder
1 avocado
Cheese
Sour Cream

3. CURRIED MINCE
500g lamb or beef mince
200ml veg stock
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons curry powder (mild, medium or hot)
Rice

4. HOMEMADE PIZZAS
6 Pitta Breads
Tomato Puree
Cheese
Potatoes
Peppers
Cucumber

5. ONE POT PASTA
500g Pasta
2 Peppers
1 Onion
3 Garlic Cloves
100g Mushrooms
100g Tomatoes
1000ml Veg stock (add more if needed)
Cheese
